During Matt's 24 years of assessing, he has completed or been a part of over 75 Revaluations, 30 Factorings, 200 Municipal Tax Commitments

Extensive experience with TRIO software by Harris, and Vision and Northern Data Software services. Well-versed with the implementation and requirements of the Business Equipment Tax Exemption Program (BETE), Business Equipment Tax Reimbursement Program (BETR), Renewable Energy Equipment Exemption Program (REEE), and the valuation of Solar Array projects & Lease Hold agreements. Matt is has also been an instructor for Maine Revenue Services Property Tax.
